Your Responsibilities with Your Future Employer :

  • You manage complex HR processes in collaboration with the shared service center, ensuring their efficiency
  • You provide strategic support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions
  • You ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and oversee contract termination cases
  • You actively participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the implementation of specific projects
  • You prepare comprehensive HR reports and provide well-founded recommendations

     

Your Strengths for Your Future Employer :
 

  • You have a qualification in human resources or equivalent experience
  • You have solid experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in complex matrix organizations
  • You are a native German speaker with a B2 level of English, and knowledge of another Swiss national language is an advantage
  • You are proficient in HR tools like Workday and comfortable with modern digital solutions
  • You demonstrate discretion, strong communication skills, and a structured, organized approach to work
