For our client, an international company in the medical field, we are looking for an HR Generalist 60%-80%.
Your responsabilities
- You manage international HR compliance processes with precision and strong interpersonal skills, ensuring high-quality contracts and mandatory administrative procedures
- You lead multicultural recruitment and onboarding activities, working directly with managers to attract and welcome talent aligned with strategic needs
- You administer compensation and benefits plans in various countries, based on market analysis and in full compliance with local laws
- You handle internal matters related to employee relations, conflicts, or performance, leveraging your communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- You proactively collaborate with R&D, training, and sales teams to implement harmonized and optimized HR policies on a daily basis
What you bring
- You have experience in a similar role within an international environment
- You are fluent in English, which is a must for communicating with global teams
- You are confident using standard HR and IT tools
- You demonstrate strong listening skills, and a collaborative spirit, while also taking initiative with ease and autonomy
