Finance Manager

For our client, a family office based in Geneva, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities with your new employer

• Lead and oversee all financial operations of the family office, encompassing accounting, treasury, and tax management
• Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements and shareholder reports
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and optimize investment portfolios in collaboration with banks, external advisors, and financial partners
• Support the development of the family office’s financial and wealth management strategy in close partnership with management and the family

What you offer your new employer

• A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics, ideally complemented by a certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a similar role, preferably within a family office, an international fiduciary, or a private bank — with solid experience in trusts.
• Excellent command of Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP RPC).
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Perfect command of French and English; any other language is considered an asset.
