Senior Finance Manager

For our client, a family office based in Geneva, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the family office, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and optimize portfolio investments with banks, advisors, and financial partners.
• Support the financial and wealth management strategy alongside management and the family.

Your profile

• University degree in finance, accounting, or economics, ideally with a certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 10 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a family office, international fiduciary, or private bank — with strong expertise in trusts.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP RPC).
• Strong analytical skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are an asset.
