The company is currently looking for a Quality Manufacturing Manager to strengthen its organization and ensure that production processes meet the high standards of the industry. The role focuses on key responsibilities in quality management, continuous improvement, and the management of non-conformities.
Your responsibilities
- You lead the implementation of a rigorous quality policy across the entire front-end manufacturing operation, ensuring the operational excellence required to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- You organize and lead Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and process control activities to optimize production line performance and reduce non-conformities in a semiconductor environment.
- You anticipate and manage complex non-conformities by coordinating root cause analyses and ensuring structured follow-up of action plans until processes are brought back to standard.
- You coordinate process changes as the owner of the Change Control Committee, assessing operational risks and securing the supply chain.
- You conduct internal audits and participate in supplier and customer audits to ensure that practices remain aligned with certifications and market expectations.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities and define relevant performance indicators.
What you bring to the role
- You hold an engineering degree in electronics, microelectronics, physics, or an equivalent field, demonstrating strong expertise in manufacturing and quality systems.
- You have significant experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
- You are fluent in both French and English (min. B1-B2), written and spoken, enabling you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are recognized for your collaborative leadership style, analytical mindset, and ability to motivate teams towards high standards of excellence.
