HR Spécialist (including payroll)

Your responsibilities

• Structure the HR department: develop the HRIS, write job descriptions, set up performance reviews and implement processes
• Take over and manage all payroll and employment contracts
• Act as the HR point of contact for operations: answer questions and handle sensitive situations with responsiveness
• Draw up an implementation and objectives plan, and contribute to recruitment

Your profile

• A solid expertise in Swiss payroll and ideally a Swiss federal diploma (brevet fédéral)
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, whose codes you know well
• Fluent English and ideally in French
• A proactive, flexible and responsive mindset, with the availability that urgent situations require
• Excellent interpersonal skills, composure and a taste for hands-on work
• A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
